Return Policy
Faulty products:
All our products are lovingly created and carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty product we will issue you a full refund.
Change of mind:
If you want to return the product due to a change of mind, we will happily issue you with a store credit. Postage charges are at the buyer's expense*.
Wrong size:
Please read the product descriptions carefully to choose the correct size.
If you select a wrong size we can either:
- Exchange for a correct size (subject to stock availability). You will need to pay for postage of returned item and re-delivered item; or
- Issue you with a store credit. Postage charges are at the buyer's expense*.
You will need to contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your item; and
All returned items have to be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt date in original condition (unworn, undamaged with all tags attached).
There is NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND on SALE items, Earrings and Masks unless faulty.
There is NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND on made-to-order/pre-order items unless faulty.
Natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends are not considered faults.
